How long did you have to do p&b shakes before ropes came out, for those of you have had success?


Are there other ways to do a bowel cleanse? I really hate drinking those shakes honestly. Amen, if that's the best way to dit then I'll do it, but it would be great if there was a better tasting way to clease my bowels.
