Echinococcus is a tiny tapeworm. The adults in blood can be killed by multiple means, CS is one and the first set of frqs in the file is the best.
The problem isn't so much the leakage or explosion of the cyst, in that case you either have a small cyst and make it or a big one and don't but how to get rid of them before they turn into adults and for that Echinococcinum has decades of history at least against the standard species...
