This may be a lot earlier than I'm supposed to take q-10 (I've only been fasting with water and my homemade juices for 2 days), but I'm trying it. I have another bottle of q-10 if I need to do it in a couple weeks. It was really hard getting the stuff out of the capsules. I wanted to put the powder in juice and dissolve it, but the capsules actually held it in a bright orange paste form that wouldn't dissolve at all. I ended up trying to drink the little gobules down while it was floating in the juice; but after a while, it was too hard to swallow safely. So I estimated what was left in the cup and took that amount in capsule form. Did I do the right thing?
My stomach is ok so far, but it does feel like I just gave it some weird stuff to try to figure out. How long until I see results?
