An analog EMEM won’t' work it isn't accurate enough and you also need a Frequency Generator capable of the finer resolution which translates into penetration, the language is explained below.

BTW: An EMX or digital fine resolution Plasma like a PERL would work but finer resolution can make a huge difference in the ability to get all the cyst vs. only 98% of it. The larva actually help to maintain the cyst so once most are killed it disintegrates and if you didn't get them all you will get a flare up which can also be managed but kind of teaches one a lesson in what the word fatigue really means…
