I just bought Q-10 pills. I fasted today with lots of water, and I just got a juicer, so tomorrow, I'll be on a liquid diet. How soon can I start on the Co Q-10? In a few days, I'm getting "basics plus", and I'm just not sure how to time all of this. Please help asap. The most details too are awesome.
