Blueberries are good for the eyes too. Are you taking any vitamin A??? Remember Stephanie Buist (Ladybugsandbees)?? She just recently had to get her eye rx changed to something weaker, cause her eyes have improved. She attributes it to detoxing and taking 25,000iu A daily.
