I'm going to cut down on tea next week. I have some nettle tea i'm going to use.
How will i know if i'm getting enough from my food? that is the problem?
I've started my green super-formula plus powder again. That has everything in natural form. All natural multi-vitamins-minerals and phytonutrients.
Contains organic pre-sprouted barley; organic barley grass; organic wheatgrass; hawaillan spirulina pacifica and organic acerola.
It gives you everything, iodine, iron as well.
I take kelp for Iodine as well now, does that give you iron too? That is interesting what you said about the Iodine raising your ferritin levels.
I too think it better to get from food than take a supplement.
It is interesting that low ferritin levels can mimic hypothyroidism, as can affect your temperature.
I'm not a big meat eater. Mainly chicken, turkey and fish. Red meat once a week maybe. I only eat meat in small quantities.
If they are very low levels though, will food be enough to raise them?
