Well, logic would say it was a bad idea taking zinc if you suspect mercury. I'm sure if you do search on cz for zinc and mercury it will bring up the relevent posts.

Maybe i am a bit foolish to be taking the zinc but i have no big reason to suscept mercury. I probably have some from the air and the environment but i have never been a big fish eater and i don't have amalgams.

I usually take 100mg at once with no ill effects. but yeh, start off slower and maybe get some molyb too.

I have recently ordered a hair analysis test so that might shed some light on the coppper toxicity thing, have you looked into having a hair analysis test?
