well i do all the research I am able and i do spend a LOT of time trying to read and learn this stuff. This last few years has been a huge learning curve. And i still feel like i know nothing :(

However, i have no time or inclination to learn where everything i put in my mouth was grown, what may or may not have been in the soil, and how that may effect my unknown mineral levels.

But i have ordered a hair mineral test recently so i guess that's a good place to start.
