Hi,
I started doing the bp shakes 2 weeks ago, with good results so far. I want to continue onto the kidney cleanse then liver cleanse. But is there another step in this process before doing the kindey cleanse?

Another question: I have colonoscopies every 5 years, and my GI doc always gives me color photos of all areas of my shinny clean colon. When I did the Fleet preps, I never had ropes come out. So,I'm curious where the mucoid ropes are formed... In the small intestine?

Just trying to learn:-)
