Thanks insight! I was going to leave off zinc altogether after my experience, but maybe I should just take a smaller dose, like you said you are doing. I took 100mg all at once the other day. That was probably too much for me starting out.
But, is zinc safe to take if I have mercury, since it sends it to the brain?
