Thanks! I have been doing iodine for a while now. And it has helped me. I can tell I'm not sufficient yet though, so maybe once I am, my trace metals will balance out. I feel like I've got a good protocol going right now. It's just a matter now of the slow day to day healing I believe. I just thought I would try and add the zinc in, to see what happened, but after the extreme nauseous experience the other day, I'm thinking I will wait on that.
