i haven't had enough nerve to disect it yet. just taking the poo stick (an old chopstick, i don't think i can eat sushi after all this, maybe better not to cause of the worms in uncooked fish?)
and i kinda poke around. im onther cleanses too so it's all easy to see, i don't have to cut anything or disect, only once did i pull a worm out and stick it in a jar to wash off, identify, scream, scream some more, and then show off like a little kid! look what i caught in the potty!

it's taken me 2 months so far to get to this point, cause normally i don't even look at my shit. flush it goes. i faint at the sight of blood and gag at raw chicken. so you could imagine my reactions now. but i do it all in the name of science, and sheer curiosity if the cleanses are working. it's an x file and i need my proof!

i dont think i'll ever get used to it tho!
