Hey there,
To add to Ocean's question, do you only get these ropes if you take the psyllium? Because I took much less yesterday and today I got out a piece of something that looked like shoe leather, about the size of a dollar bill. It was flat not like the twisted rope looking stuff. So what the heck is that? Is it just psyllium? I am beginning to think that the ropes are not much of plaque but ropes of psyllium, am I way off here? Does anyone get this stuff lab checked like the Liver Flush people get their 'stones' checked out?
Just wondering, sorry if that's beyond the scope of gross..
