This is interesting. Apparently people with hypothyroidism may have low ferritin levels. Blood levels can be normal, but storage ferritin levels may not be.

If i do a test, and discover it is low, do you agree with the types of iron they recommend, or is there a better way, this is for hv as well. They say it can take some months to build up.
