Yea, its not exactly an enjoyment, drinking the "tea" but its doing me good... and my dad has been doing it for years (before I knew it was good for me) and he has such healthy extremeties, and is still so cognitively clear, I think that's been his secret all along!

Do you rebound? I think its also another good way of "shaking it all" about.

I put the music on and bounce. It does me good :-) and good for the pelvic floor as well!
