Thanks for the response Paulette! I had a couple of questions for you. Should I stay on a no food diet? I tried the salt thing and all I basically did was pass water. I'm a little confused as to whether I should hang out for longer in the anticipation that more stuff will be broken down or whether I should introduce fresh veggies and fruit to help break stuff down and get things moving. Any ideas?
