Iron seems to help me with gas, i have a tendency to be low in it. If you have ibs do you stay away from grains (pasta) and dairy? I have a friend that has low back weakness and couldnt control her flatulence, after a few acupuncture treatments she started regaining control. One thing about my journey to health is that i seem to find answers to my problems if I ask the Lord to help and im persistant at looking. Im no different than you, the internet has help me so much (more than doctors) Keep seeking, you'll find it.
