im gonna work up to as many as i can, but for now i just restarted again. i kept trying different doses and methods, juices, water,etc. for the last month and kept getting plugged up.

so here i go again, and right away some results! maybe it's all breaking loose now, but this mix, especially since i'm using the margarita shaker really blends smoothly. for me that seems to be playing a big part in not getting constipated. good mixing and hydration of the psyllium.
