Hey lady!  Wow, we're members of the Snuff Club now. That doesn't sound good... Let's make it Snuff Buffs.

I tried some over a week ago when i was traveling. I'd just gotten over a sinus infection (i thought) and started getting sick again once i ended up at my destination. I'd just gotten my snuff in the mail, so i threw it in with my stuff before I left, just in case...

So i was in my hotel room & decided to try it. I couldn't remember how much I was supposed to snuff (didn't bother to look at the baggie. DUH.) so I just took my hotel key card & stuck a corner of it in to dig out some of the powder. I lined it up, and sniffed hard. I have to say it hurt. It HURT BAD. I felt it mostly in my upper nose and talk about BURN!!... Thinking i'd better do the other nostril before i chickened out, i did it quickly. Same thing. OUCH!!

Eyes started watering, nose started running.... but mostly it felt like my nasal passages were on fire. Walking around the hotel room in pain, i picked up the baggie & saw the instructions on it. OH MY GOSH. I'd taken probably 1/8 tsp in each nostril!!!

OMGOMGOMG. Do not take that much.

Anyway after maybe 15 minutes (kinda like your husband) of snorting, snuffing, whining, and pacing the floor, I started feeling it coming out the other way, so I sucked it through & spit it out (gross but you know how it is).  The more I did this, the more relief i felt of course... And i knew i was pulling it through (rather than blowing it out) so it could come in contact w/ more germies.

I lived.

The next night, I tried it again, only this time used about 1/16 tsp. Much better! Not pleasant by any means, but much easier to take.

I'm sure it did something, but I didn't notice anything dramatic. Other than lots of nose running at the time.
