I am relieved. Now that I think about it, That was it. You know, the doctor told me to just take metamucil once a day. That was April 2002. I had been doing that religiously but still felt a small pain in my lower left ab. After continuously taking metamucil and a few enemas. I had not seen any response until I started the PB shake. It has been several hours since passing that plaque and my side has stopped hurting after 10 MONTHS! I am amazed at what one as to do to get rid of plaque. I do believe this is working. Thank you so much for your support.
