Aw eme I'm sorry you've got the crud too.  Your explanation makes perfect sense when I think about it. We went from the high 60's at night to the mid 30's and we turned on our heat for the first time too.  I'm sure thats what happened.

Thank God for garlic, cayenne, echinacea, and as it turns out herbal snuff.  I'm glad to hear you're feeling much better, just think what might have happened if we didn't know about natural healing!

Good Lord I can't imagine snorting ACV lol, yuck and double yuck!  I do believe you should get the award for snorting lol. If you haven't used the herbal snuff yet and have chronic sinus infections I'd sure keep some of that on hand for when it flares up.

I got up this morning not stuffed up at all but feeling like it might come back so I snorted again lol.  I'm feeling leaps and bounds better today thanks to the snuff.  I hope you'll be feeling 100% real soon eme.
