O.K., so I'm doing The Master Cleanse again, and I am sooo hungry. How long does this hungre stage last? I've been HUNGRY ALL DAY!!! It's 2 PM at this time. Can I eat fruit or something? This is sure a good cleanse, and I don't want to ruin the good start that I have going here...and this is my first day on the cleanse. I don't remember being hungry the last time that I did this. I've been drinking additional "lemon-aide" drink...because I'm hungry. I grew up on one meal a day, and I hate this starving feeling, I hope that it passes soon. Maybe I just need a kind and gentle pat on the back and encouragement to "stick with it."
