I decided to do a salt water flush, because i was getting nervous about toxicity...ect. Very very vile experience but worked like a charm! Just to be a bit graphic for a moment: Some pieces looked like they were joined together with sinewy clearish fibre?! Very interesting. I will continue on, and drink more H2O. best regards to all you cleansers.
