hey scar , i was insulin resistant the past couple years which caused my erectile dysfunction , brain fog , fatigue and some digestive disturbances.

the past week i have developed other symptoms not common with most people here.what i am saying scar is many people may have insulin resistance (not exactly the same symptoms as type 2 diabetes) and this is causing their symptoms like carb intolerance and digestive issues.it is certainly a more likely cause than 'candida' and an easy thing to get checked out.

also with candida diet it isn't good for getting rid of insulin resistance because it is high meat , which can cause an insulin release along with being high fat which can make it harder for the insulin to get into the cells.
