Fenix I can't tell you how happy it makes me to see you post all you've done over the last month.  Your dedication is worthy of a huge applaud and its so encouraging for everyone to read.

Can you tell us how you felt during the 30 day juice fast please?  Like if you felt your body letting go of built up toxins and how your energy level was during the fast. You know, kind of a overall how'd you feel juicie fasting. I think it would be good for people who are thinking about doing a juice fast.

Thanks for sharing about cooking and enjoying one of your first meals with your mom.  I'm sure she had a ball too!
