In your opinion, how much Sea Salt should be used to mineralize 3L (a pitcher) of distilled water?

A pinch, a teaspoon, a tablespoon, more?

Water is something I still haven't made my mind up on, lots of experts argue either way.

I'm guessing that if you distill water, it's probably very bad to use a plastic container to capture it since it will start to absorb the plastic?
