Your bowel movements should increase...not decrease...with a colon cleanse. Sometimes a large piece of old material can loosen and clog the pipes a bit resulting in a slow down of elimination....but if this persists then you need to make adjustments to the cleanse....drink more water, cut back on shakes, use enemas or colonics. Hard eliminations are either old hardened plaque or a sign of dehydration.
