Maybe over supplementing will shorten the life span if anything.

My Nonna died at 70 and was a believer in vitamin therapy. She didn't eat sweets or sugars either. Had a drawerful of vitamins and minerals.

Her other sisters are 93 and 98 today and still going strong. They don't take any supplements except for one of them takes vitamin D.


That thought had me quit my supplements for awhile but now am back on them :) Can't quit LOL
