Seems to me running that far is a bit unnatural anyway. But you're right, today's youth is behind the 8-ball from birth. I'm a thirty something and even then we only had about 4 vaccines total and eats were more wholesome. I think even bread had Iodide in it when I was a kid. Lucky me my mum was unvaccinated and from a fisherman heritage, so I got lots of good stuff.
