Hello,
I believe they are ok during cleansing (short term 1-2 weeks) however long term use, i would imagine flushes out alot of the good intestinal bacteria. I always use a course of Bio K type products to replace and nourish the bowels after my cleanses. Balance, balance, balance is my motto!
