I have not done a Liver Flush since 2003 or 04 not sure now.

Anyway, I did one last night and the Epsom Salts gaged me so badly.
This morning I was hungry and thirsty so alittle while after my morning Epsom Salts I drank some green tea with honey now I feel very ill sick to my stomach I think I blew it.. I have not gotten out any stones yet and its almost 10 am.

Help any ideas what to do now?
