Hi, I believe I am also having problems with the B&P, or not reading the results correctly? I expected to be 'cleansing' the bowels however my bowel movements are less and very hard in consistancy!! I am drinking alot of water (I always add a little apple cider vinegar). When I do pass they are like rock clusters and some do resemble the ropes (2-4" long)however, they are normal brown color. My tongue at the back is coated white, each day. (I do use a tongue scraper each day, highly reccommend!) I wondered if anyone had advice or similar experiences to share.
