Thanks everyone for the kind words and prayers. It does help to vent on here and read other people replies. I had the Mirena for over 3 years and didn't have really bad effects until i had it around 2 1/2 years or so. I had the panic attacks with mirena. ONly 2 or 3 major ones. I don't think it bothered me the same as now because I didn't know what was going on. Now that I know I think I think about it more, anticipating it. Any advice on what to take for it? Natural or RX. Thanks everyone! I know we will all heal with time!
