Well, that's about the results that we have seen, except that I eat it right from our own trees. For anyone not in a tropical climate, that is a bit difficult. My 93-yr old dad uses the powder in his oatmeal - yuck! - and is experiencing some incredible hair results. He has always had lots of energy and stamina, so we cannot tell if the Moringa is helping that, or not.
