Glad to hear it's working! I used it for about 6 months my first cleanse...was still passing some gunk when I stopped...but it had slowed down considerably...got tired of drinking shakes! When I recently started it again I got some gunk in a couple of days with just 2 shakes a day...no cleansing pills yet!!! I think your body just lets go of the stuff when its ready...also think my regular colonics help excelerate it. LOL...I can't say how long til you're cleaned out...depends a lot on diet, lifestyle, stress, etc. But you'll feel so much better as you clear it out!
