I have been doing castor oil packs and receiving all the same benefits that are talked about - but with one additional thing that I haven't seen anyone talk about. I seem to have tremendous grief come up when I do these packs - and it is grief about past things that have happened. And it also tends to make me depressed. Has anyone else had a similar experience? Do you think this is a form of emotional cleansing?
