hang in there, I had terrible anxiety from the Mirena as well. Mine slowly got better which each cycle every month. I got it removed Jan 09 and it was a very slow progress but I remember by the Spring it being much better. I too, tried to stay off meds because I want to get pregnant soon. Good luck, I know what you are going through and it is terrible. I never had anxiety in my life until being on the Mirena for one year. Hang in there!!
