This is a good question for the doctor that gave you the injection.

From what I understand it's almost impossible to have too much B12.

Imo, best source of B vitamins are raw eggs, raw meat, especially grass fed organic raw liver (heh, only for advanced Primal Diet students).

He has a spray that is supposed to work. Try it out and let us know if it works, my wife is also going to try it. My wife isn't into raw foods like I am, so this is a ... compromise but viable option.
