Hi,

I hope somebody reads this -- seems like years between posts on this forum.

I'm getting ready to do a Colon Cleanse with Dr. Schulze 's formulas #1 and #2. When I follow the links to his program, it doesn't specify any kind of diet to follow while cleansing the colon. Other places it talks about juice fasting and such. However, with the #1 and #2 formulas Dr. Schulze even says it's most effective with food. What food? Should I NOT juice fast while doing this? What SHOULD I eat while doing this?

I am 5'9" and weigh only about 140 lbs. I really do NOT want to lose any more weight. Is there a way to avoid losing weight while doing this?
