Hi M! Maybe it was your story that I was remembering...because I definitely remember some people having a hard time with the herbal colon cleanses...they were sensitive to all the bowel-moving herbs...?

Have you had any luck with just plain old psyllium as a colon cleanse?

I do hope that you've found something that works for you!
