Hi Tracey,

I was reading some past messages, and saw your first response to NuFlush. What do you recommend as a precurser to the P&B shakes - they are very constipating to me, although I keep trying them and get the same results (glutton for punishment). What would you start with to get your bowels moving first?

Anxious to go regularly....
