Please help me understand the difference between alkaline foods and alkalinity foods concerning ph.another site said not to eat grains which woul raise your ph acid level.this site says 80 whole grains for alkaline.I have pancreatic cancer and I am trying to raise my alkaline level.the only spread is to the portal vein which cancer has infiltrated and they want to do chemo to lower it and then surgery.I dont want any chemo or radiation.does anyone agree with me.what food should I eat.I havent eaten any meat,snacks,sugar,white bread.I have eaten fresh vegetables quiona,white rice,fish,fresh grean tea.I lost 15 lbs from 190 to 175.
