A couple things i know from experience that help are,

-excercise being very,very important.I know this because mine acts up often when im lazy and sitting around.
-oils(flax oil,fish oils,other oils) make it easier too urinate too relieve oneself.It works often for me.
-saw palmetto is well known too help the prostste.
-many other natural things can help this.

Im nearly positive the kidney cleansing,master lemonade cleanse and liver cleanse will help this too.
