I am almost six months along in my pregnancy and want to start preparing myself for the upcoming birth. I know it is advised to start the prenatal formula four weeks before the due date but I have heard some comments on other forums discussing the prenatal formula. There is some talk that it may be putting some women into preterm labor! Do you think this is due to anything they are doing or to taking the herbs too early. What do you suggests? I want to make sure im taking what I need for a smooth delivery and think the prenatal formula would be a good addition. When to start and how much, etc? Can it be taken only two weeks before due date?
