I had a colonic yesterday and the therapist saw barium from an
upper GI I had done 20 years ago! I was shocked. What would
barium do to you if stuck in the colon that long? What is the
barium stuff that you drink, made up of? Since I drank this stuff, could there be barium be stuck elsewhere in the digestive tract as well? If so, how do I get rid of it?

Also, do prescription medications make the bowel sluggish?

Has anyone else had strange things escape after doing a colonic, and if so, did you feel any better after it was gone?
