Colloids for life just started marketing a colloidal silica which I have been trying at very low doses. It does do something as I got chills in my legs just by taking a half teaspoon. So I switched to a few drops in the evening and upped in slowly from there. I did take horsetail tablets in the past which were supposed to be a high end brand for about 6 months and they did nothing for me.

I have only been taking the colloidal silica for about a month at the low doses. Most of my nails have gotten harder except for three on my right hand. I used to be able to bend them easily and now they are stronger. I haven't really noticed a difference in my hair yet.
