Thanks! Those ingredients sound really good for the liver as Doc Sutter says lemons and olive oil are "pure liver food." I can see this is a modification. The original recipe recommends morning pressed apples, but I don't think I'd have the time to get up and de-skin apples and then press them. I'd opt for a gallon of organic apple juice (or cider). SO, APPLE CIDER INSTEAD OF APPLE JUICE?

This seems easy enough; so it's a 3-day process with the flush at the end of the 3rd day. I'm assuming "de-fizzed" Coke Classic is just flat soda, right?

I'll get one or two 60cc Ultraphos next week as I plan on continuing with this flush.

So you said you saw VISUAL results at the comode when using this flush?
