I'm using a product that is powdered psyllium husks and seeds (Attogram). I've had the best response to this psyllium. When I used powdered husks my bowels slowed some and I had no elimination of plaque. When I used the powdered psyllium husk and seed product I found that the cleansing was the best and started to see some really good cleansing. I recently ran out of the powdered husk and seed product and tried the powdered husk product again because its cheaper and had the same slow down.

When you say no seeds do you mean no whole seeds?
