Hello,

I have been dong the B & P shakes for a few week now and have run out of psyllium! I was using the Yeast Busters kit (the psyllium in it is husks and seeds), but today I bought Psyllium husks.

Can I still take a teaspoon at a time (I'm up to three shakes a day)? I tried looking in the archives because I think someone else asked a similar question, but I can't find it.
